Practical solutions, silly imagery

Psst, people who take the gym too seriously are silly billy.

Yo, I'm Jordan. I love my dog, anime and chatting nonsense.

If you fancy a more casual way of keeping in touch, you can get weekly emails from moi about the following

Weight lifting and resistance training - how tos, tips & tricks

Nutrition - What are the main principles/"rules" of nutrition and how to apply them to your goals - be that weigh loss/gain, or muscle & strength improvements.

Mindset - An icky word but I cover self reflection and how our relationship with food, exercise and our body has a big impact on success or failure.

I like to use dumb images and strange scenarios to convey my ideas because fitness is quite frankly boring for most people.

You won't remember to stay “upright, shoulder back and down, tense up and think strong” in the squat position but you will remember "brace, core, open hips, knees forward” once you practise them.

Because those words are verbs, doing words - if I say brace, you might say “for impact” so you know you need to tense up. If I say “open hips” you might consider the idea of a door opening. You see how that’s clearer? More defined for your brain?

If you hated that example you probably won't like me trying to navigate ethical non monogamy in dating or being a massive lefty bastard very much either.

If you are up for that nonsense, fire your email somewhere down below and I'll fire you some free stuff - like a nutrient dense but delightful shopping list.

Or a booklet on non tracking fat loss principles.

Or mindful eating - how to get what you need without over or undereating.

Make it stand out.

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
